Drummer. Oldest soldier in the Regiment. Was born 1794. He was a Drummer Boy in the War of 1812 with Captain John Sharp's Company made up of men from Wood County, Virginia and Washington County, Ohio. He served in the War of 1812 along with his Father Benjamin Badgley.
He served in this regiment with his son Daniel C. Badgley. His other son, Drury, was a Corporal with the 1st West Virginia Cavalry.

Isaiah was in the 13th WV Infantry, Co B. He was wounded while traveling from Mud Bridge4 to Barboursville when he was fired upon by a band of bushwackerson April 9, 1864. McCoy was shot but did not die due to that wound then but later dies on 12/5/1865

Isaac Price was born Sept. 17, 1846 and was from Barbour County, West Virginia. He lost both arms and was wounded in one thigh at the Battle of Cedar Creek near Winchester, Va. He had 14 children (10 before the war; 4 after) and died at the age of 70.
